Cody is an 11 year old Boy who lost his Grandfather who was a dementia sufferer. And asked if we could team up and take the Impossible Walk n Jog challenge for Pop. 

I'm making the impossible, possible, by taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to raise much needed funds for dementia research.
