My Nana

My Nana is my loved one, that has dementia! No longer the free spirited Nana that I grew up being nurtured by but roles have reversed where I nurture her through her hard days of frustration, anguish and confusion. Dementia is a thief of happiness and freedom, will you please support me in the walk to raise awareness and funds.
