Impossible Walk to support Dementia research

Another 5 days before I complete 2026 Australia’s Walk & Jog to raise funds for Dementia Australia and change lives. 

Today i’d like to share the work of Dr Brandon Munn from the University of Sydney with you.  

Right now, the average time to diagnose dementia from when symptoms begin is three years. By improving brain scans, Brandon's research could be a step change for dementia diagnosis – enabling earlier intervention and personalised treatment. Brandon’s work aims to detect tiny changes at the cellular level that indicate dementia.
