Watching someone you love live with dementia is one of life’s deepest heartbreaks. It slowly changes the person you know, while the love you feel for them never changes. Our Mum and Mother-in-law face this unfair disease with courage every day, and we stand beside them with love, patience, and strength. Dementia may steal memories, but it can never steal the bond of family, the warmth of love, or the dignity they deserve. Some days are harder than others, but every smile, every touch, and every moment together is precious. This disease is cruel and unfair, but our love for them is stronger still.

I'm making the impossible, possible, by taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to raise much needed funds for dementia research.
