Our mum was diagnosed with lewy bodies dementia at the yound age of 67, after years of trying to put pieces together. Mum lived a healthy lifestyle but unfortunately lewy bodies is rapidly changing our mum as we know it. Raising funds is a little way to help understand dementia and also support family members who end up being carers. Thank you.I'm making the impossible, possible, by taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to raise much needed funds for dementia research.
I’m taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge by committing to raise much needed funds to support people impacted by dementia.
But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me to make the impossible, possible.
My fundraising will help support the work of Dementia Australia Research Foundation, funding innovative Australian research into dementia causes, diagnosis, treatment and one day a cure.
Thank you for your support.

Sorry to hear about your mum Nikki. My mum was diagnosed with a type of dementia, posterior cortical atrophy, 5 years ago when she was 65. If you ever need to chat over a coffee give me a call. Good luck with your fundraising! Wishing you and your family much love! Love Kate Hayley xxx
