I'm making the impossible, possible, by taking part in Australia's Walk & Jog Challenge to raise much needed funds for dementia research.

Losing my mum to dementia changed my world in ways I’m still learning to understand. Watching someone you love slowly slip away is something no family should ever have to face, and it’s a journey that stays with you long after the goodbyes.

That’s why I’m taking part in Australia’s Walk & Jog Challenge — to honour my mum, to stand with every family touched by this disease, and to help push us closer to a future where dementia no longer steals the people we love.

But I can’t do it alone. Your support means more than you know.

Every donation, big or small, helps fund the vital work of the Dementia Australia Research Foundation — supporting innovative Australian research into the causes, diagnosis, treatment, and ultimately a cure for dementia. It’s research that gives families hope, and hope is something every one of us deserves.

Thank you, truly, for standing with me. For my mum, and for all the families walking this path.
