We’re making the impossible, possible 💛
We’re making the impossible, possible 💛
We’re Jayde, Ella, Sharni and Coby — four nurses working in aged care, caring for people living with dementia every single day.
This cause isn’t just important to us… it’s personal.
We see firsthand the impact dementia has — not only on our residents, but on their families, their memories, and their independence. We share in the tough days, the confusion, the moments of loss… but also the small wins, the smiles, and the human connection that makes this work so meaningful.
That’s why we’ve decided to take part in Australia’s Walk & Jog Challenge — to turn our care into action and help make a real difference beyond our workplace.
We’re raising funds for the Dementia Australia Research Foundation to support vital Australian research into the causes, diagnosis, treatment — and hopefully one day, a cure.
But we can’t do it alone.
Any donation, big or small, will go towards changing the future for people living with dementia and those who love them.
Thank you so much for supporting us — and for helping us turn something we see every day into hope for tomorrow 💛
