I’m taking on Australia’s Walk & Jog Challenge to raise funds for dementia research — a cause that means a lot to me.
We lost our dad to dementia in 2023, and watching his decline was heartbreaking. After a surgery in June, his health took a sudden turn, and everything changed so quickly. It’s taken our family time to heal, but now I’m ready to give back and support the organisation that significantly helped and guided my family through this awful situation.
